Nilda Tanev, RN, BSN, functions as the Nurse Delegator and performs the assessments of Broadview residents. She is the professional advocate overseeing all aspects of their medical and other needs. Additionally, Nilda serves as the liaison with hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors. Families can have peace of mind knowing a well-trained healthcare professional is overseeing this important task.

NURSING & MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Our home has a full-time Medical Director, Felton Health Care. Felton Health Care can serve as a Primary Care Provider. They specialize in geriatric care and are responsive 24x7 to adjust medication prescriptions, order diagnostics, and as an on-call expert healthcare consultant. The Medical Director ARNP or DNP completes a comprehensive medical round each month to ensure our residents are receiving the best possible medical care. Our residents are not required to use Felton Health Care and may keep their Primary Care Provider. However, the required time and travel may not be possible for many family members, so using this in-home option may be more convenient.

We can help arrange in-home visits for Home Health RNs, Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Hospice, Podiatry, and more.
